There are various packages available, including a "Limited Edition" that contains a DVD. But no mention of what is on that DVD

(Also the most expensive package seems to contain a personalized recording on "Cassette Tape")

I think so. May 13th (also Buckethead's birthday) was the day when the pre-order page came up. And it says "Shipped for Halloween", which would be October 31th, I suppose.
