Good news, Balloon Cement will be available as a CD in less than two weeks (according to a Pikes email sent to someone else) So keep a look out for it on the Pikes website!

but, in fact, they seem to be all still available : just click on the link "Continue to Pikes One And Two" on the Pikes page (down-right on the page),
and you can buy all of them.
