I don't know if anyone else has caught this, but the same song that was on the Call of Duty Vidoc is on a Jt Splatmaster commercial. The song is from the un-released Giant Robot album titled Siren 13 I believe.

As far as I have heard, this is not a regular record, but collection of tunes that can be licensed by filmmakers and similar.

If so, it would explain why it is used in a commercial. Anyway, nice finding

This same song was also in a Call of Duty MW3 video called Improve.
