I saw that as well, is there any reason that 1, I should believe that it\'s legit and 2, that I would pay $30 bucks for it?

Has it been confirmed that this is another El Stew session, or is someone trying to gaffle?

Bucketfel

As i said on the Tk. We should summon brother Travis and maybe he can comunicate with the ghosts and let us know that this is not a rip-off ;D
He works on the farm,
He makes fun of me,
But thats the lats thing youll see,
Cuz im gone use him for something that you wont understand

For some reason I think that this is DJ Disk\'s venture, being the shiggar fraggar...Maybe some of Bucket\'s SF buddies printed up another edition, or are planning to? Just a hunch.

I don\'t know guys....

It seems very Bootleg-esque to me.

Not to mention the fact that the ebay account that has listed it doesn\'t have a 100% feedback score. You would think that if this was legit that they would at least use an account that is 100% trusted....

I call bogus all over this.

If this is legit I am sure it will be available from a more reputable source. I have never heard of "Pre-Orders" being done via ebay.

That eBay account is Disk.  This was actually on his website a few weeks ago briefly on a news page that went up and then came back down.  I definitely am not going to vouch for Disk because he has flaked in the past, but he mentioned this via email to me along with a possible vinyl pressing, a Quailsbreath cd, a reissure of Live @ Slims w/ an additional track and a Slims dvd.  I hope it all comes to fruition.  I paid for pre-order on this one a couple of weeks ago.  I am contacting him currently to try to find out where the other 1900 are going.

The listing has been updated to include:
" This ebay SELLER has the OFFICIAL PERMISSION to sell this product , all rights reserved 2011

The cd will be released under Gonerville Records and One Eyed Slug Entertainment 2011 owned by DJ DISK LLC .

OFFICIAL LICENCING PERMISSION GRANTED UNDER STATE LAW , GONERVILLE RECORDS LLC "

Thanks for clarification Fuzzface. I guess I better Pre-Order.

Srsly? I really like that first rehearsal but shelling 30 bucks for something like that?

Skrap

I would be wary of this.  I am friends with a couple of the band members and they know nothing about it and were surprised when I told them.  Apparently its something Disk has done on his own and is using the name.

PawnBot

I pre-ordered this, so we\'ll see if it\'s legit and I\'ll post back letting you guys know but I\'m sure someone will be doing the same.

Travis

I\'ve gotten a lot of questions about this. I know nothing about it. It is not a TDRS disc and as far as I know, nobody I know or work with knows anything about it either.

Duckhead

I emailed Brain about this a couple days ago and today he sent me a response:

"This El Stew is "Not Authorized"... Its a scam!"

I don\'t think it is a scam to the fans because people are actually getting the cd but I do think Disk might be scamming Brain, Extrakd, Eddie Def, and Buckethead by not getting compensated for this release. IDK?
