Travis! Someone! Help! (regarding chicken buckets)

I\'m trying to order a white chicken bucket or food bucket for halloween, but every online retailer sells them in super packs for resturants. I only need one so if I bought say 300 I\'d have 299 perfectly good chicken buckets that would gather dust.

What I propose is maybe Travis or someone could sell them (maybe in Buckethead\'s toystore) and sell one-offs for 4 or 5 bucks.

The one I have posted isn\'t white but It\'s better then some artsy pattern that looks like a hotel room ice bucket.

And remember, these are the 10lb or mega sized buckets, like the one bucket uses and the ones KFC no longer carries.

ah, shit no wonder. kfc doesnt even use the 10 lb bucket anymore. wtf?? dude. thats like the bucket u see on comericials and add and signs and shit at the restaurants cuz whenever i ask for the big bucket they dont have any... :/

ya no. you could probably sell em extras on ebay yourself.  or if you only want one you can look on ebay and some show up sometimes

"Someone!" Hey.. I\'m one of those...

Wow! My KFC bucket just became a "classic" I guess. Can\'t get \'em anymore, huh? I wonder if we still have them in Canada, I\'ll go tomorrow (later today actually) and check it out. If they still got some I\'ll procure as many as I can & ship them out to you guys for just postage. Maybe we\'re SOL but I\'ll give it my best shot bots!

I\'m guessing that postage on that ain\'t gonna be pretty, gotta find a sturdy box and the PO charges by weight OR by size, whichever is more. That would be one big-ass box. Coming from Canada too, no less. Maybe I could ship a whack of them to somebody in the States to re-send. At least it would only be 1 "from Canada" shipping charge.

But I\'m getting ahead of myself, let me find out if we even still got them here or not.

Double-plus if we DO have \'em, they would be KFC/PFK buckets, as seen in Dawn Of The Dead, like mine, how cool is that!?

why not figure out where one of the establishments is that uses those and go in and ask them for one.

Good news and bad news bots... Canajun KFC\'s (& PFK) still have them! Woo hoo!!! Unfortunately they would only give me 1 clean bucket. D\'oh!

But I\'m working on it, I\'m going to try & find out how I can get s\'more. The nice lady manager said she called her boss and was told that they can\'t "sell" empty buckets, but graciously gave me 1 for free. I asked "maybe if I buy a bucket of chicken you could put a few extra buckets underneath?" she said "yes, probably." So I\'ll try again soon.

At least we know they still got \'em!

try this see if they can charge you for a water cup and give you a bucket instead. when moneys missing in one item the management has to pull it from somewhere so maybe they go for that like pay for 2 water cups for each bucket and well you know............=)



i will gladly pay like 1$+ shipping for as many as i can have

The bucket I got the other day was a whole new design, not like any of the above examples. Gonna have to paint it white I guess. Upon closer inspection, the one that I have from years ago, my Halloween costume one (& in my avatar pic), is the \'97 style. Still haven\'t been back yet to see if I can get more. I\'ll keep you all up to date.
