Ah, that fateful day in April when I searched "Buckethead" and my life changed; Bunghole30\'s were some of the first vids I saw and because of that I bought YB, YBII and Secret Recipe.  I\'d buy the Binge tapes if they were availabe due to his posts.
And I learned about tdrs through the comments on that site and have ordered about 12 CD\'s (per the inventory in my head) through here (along with some stickers and a t-shirt!!!) so I agree that it is good advertising (tho\' I do have some "guilt"...) .  I try to reference tdrs whenever i can on youtube.

I had a similar experience. If it weren\'t for the Toob, I\'d never known about him. Somehow I stumbled upon the Big B there, and was utterly fascinated by this enigmatic guitar magician. Now I have a dozen or so CDs, mostly ordered from TDRS Music.

BTW: something tells me that this thread has one or more missing post at the start...?

I had a similar experience to your similar experiences.  The first Buckethead video I watched was the guitar lesson one and thought, this guy\'s not right, but I like the way he sounds.  It was really a chicken that told me I should be a Buckethead fan though.  Seriously.

Nothing against Youtube if the content is in the public domain or was uploaded by the copyright holders themselves. Violating copyright laws and therefore hurting the artists is a completely different thing...
