Chief Justice Roberts has now moved away from the reasonable doubt method of determination to one of reasonable certitude = read all the way to the bottom and see how he says he came to his conclusion.

It sends a very scary signal about his view on the matter of reasonable doubt to me.  Am I over reacting?  I\'m not sure that I am.
