i recived it today along with shen teri - a big high five to megan!
im still to listen to shin teri
im only on track 2 on PO and so far

i just have to say, too many humans is the nicest song, i\'ve heard since axiology, it shows the sheeeeer amazingness of pinchfaces drums "in jazz isnt the quieter you play the drums the better you are?"
travis your fender rhodes and keyboards are spot on, i always thought you was amazing, but i guess this just proves me right, and of corse buckethead is still sounding better then ever.

Travis any chance of having some more "making of.." pages for PO?
also i really dig the sustain note around 7.50, a truly nice and much apprechated effort.

im on track 3 now and travis havnt you ever wanted to be a baseball organ player? :P

Thanks you to  Travis. buckethead pinchface and or course megan.

i just read your brother lent buckethead the tele, i\'d lend buckthead any of my guitars. but 1 thing on a coupel of tracks it sounds like he used his kill switch? did he use his gibson as well?

Thanks Chris,

Then I guess the best jazz drumming is no drumming at all . Your right, the Les Paul was used on the tracking sessions and the Tele was used for overdubs. I\'ll try to put a "making of " page together as soon as I get a second to breath. I\'m trying to get the download section together and a new MP3 system as well, but I\'m into doing it.

Nice one travis, i have a jazz drumemr friend and he showed me billy cobham or maybe it was someone else, but it this guy did a 30 minute drum solo, and for at least 5 minutes he was rolling the snare, soo lightly and my friend was jumping around the room telling me to listen to that, and how amazing it was because it was barely audible...and the intro roll from too many humans remind me of that.

Also travis what your thoughts on bob James *the guy who did the taxi theme* superhuman sounds much like a bob james style, maybe the rhodes it what does it?

now im someway thru PO can i thank you again?

Thank you

chris

travis, it seems to me that what you really need is extra hands, and the ability to live without sleep!
Peace.

i 2nd that. if travis is playing 3 keybaords at the same time, i say go sew on a coupel of arms, from bucketheadland grab bag ally.

Travis

I wasn\'t bragging about playing with my elbow it was more like making excuses, you know like he plays pretty good for a guy that uses his nose.
The Rhoades is one of those instruments that more plays you than the other way around.

CMA

Rhodes are cool. i played one once, but it was broken.

you\'re welcome chris.  i am out of my mind.  so much music all at once.  i am loosing it.  population override the song is my new favorite of po.  that monkey chattering organ man it is great.  i am a rhythm beast so i really like that rhythm strum feeling.  the drums are like a bouncing ball or something. the whole thing slams together in that repeating refrain tune.  the high fast organ run near 3:39

travis can you reveal something. what is the instrument playing at the end of population override.  not the guitar but the buzz tone. is that you on a keyboard?

and i\'m not sure.  is the rhodes the one that does that church organ sound?  or that ball park sound?  maybe they are the same.

The Rhoades is the sound that when your listening with headphones kinda makes you dizzy, well maybe more than kinda I had the tremolo cranked. The organ is a Hammond B3 with a Leslie 122, often found in better ball parks around the country. The buzzy keyboard sound your talking about is a Moog with the mod and pitch wheel being abused.

CMA

megans the rhodes is the thing that makes you sick. with headphones wabbly sound

Travis

Beat you by .04 seconds Chris.

CMA

i let you win this time! :P

only .04 now that is weird.  do it again.  i liked it.

geez i had no idea that sound was the rhodes.  now i know what people mean when they say rhodes. the warble.  but is it a key board.  is it an effect.  i\'m still feeling dizzy.

is yours like this one? alert like a bug
