This is good news.  I remember that the governator vetoed a bill to allow California farmers to grow industrial hemp, which is baffling.

A good book to read is Jack Herer\'s \'The Emperor Wears no Clothes\', it is available free online:  http://www.jackherer.com/chapters.html

It is a disgrace that in the \'Land of the Free\', we incarcerate a larger percentage of our population than any other nation in the world.  Many of these people are non-violent drug offenders.

The prison industry is being privatized and many of these inmates are nothing more than slave labor that is used by corporations such as IBM, Dell, etc.  See http://www.globalresearch.ca/index.php?context=va&aid=8289

And ultimately, it is still a federal crime to possess marijuana, and the federal government established its dominance over the states in the Civil War.

Travis confirmed in this thread that that instrument is NOT played on this. Seriously! 6 guitar strings + 8 mandolin tuning pegs + banjo body + spine neck + clock hands = REALLY doesn\'t exist.

The only thing I\'m sure of is that Bucket plays a Banjo Guitar on this, which is a guitar with a banjo body and tone.

The other thing I noticed is how the strings are routed through the spine on the banjo, then they come out at the bottom.  I think this would have the effect of shifting the pitch of the instrument waaaay up.  Going to be an interesting piece of work here from Buckethead, I think.

Well, we will all know soon.

Getting back to the banjo...

On the clock part, each of the clock hands (hour and minute) would have its own resonant frequency.  I\'m going to guess that Buckethead will be using these resonant frequencies to get a bit more twang out of that banjo.  I can\'t wait to hear this album.

Maybe I\'m thinking too hard but the last DCK album was \'Torn from Black Space\' and now we have \'Shadows Between the Sky\'.  I see some similarity in the titles.  I wonder if this is coincidence or maybe I should be watching the Super Bowl instead of drinking beer and posting here?

Happy Birthday, Big B (If this is in fact your birthday).

I had my 41st about 6 weeks ago and feel very good for my age, hope you are feeling well also   :)

You are the one who inspired me to pick up guitar.

I\'ve been listening to a lot of BH\'s albums on lala.com, you can listen to an album once for free.  I\'m listening to Pepper\'s Ghost right now.  Try to buy here though if you find something you like.

I sell some stuff on eBay and I just reported the last T-Shirt.  However I didn\'t have to fax anything.

Maybe their policy has changed?

First post, and first order from tdrsmusic.  All of my previous BH CDs have come from eBay but I think it\'s very important to support the artists so they can keep on keepin\' on.
