I don\'t even consider whether or not to buy them .  I see that there are new Buckethead CDs available and I order them.  I seriously do not consider it for even a moment.  Anyway, I was just commenting to a friend about how spoiled I am.  He has already produced a ridiculous amount of amazing music this year, but I was jonesing for more.  Well, now there is more.  We are seriously the luckiest fans in the world.  I can\'t think of any other artist that releases this much music.  Heck, I have trouble thinking of a dozen artists that collectively release this much music in one year.  Maybe Buckethead is going for a World Record.  Anyway, I am babbling because I am really excited at the prospect of three more Buckethead CDs.  Amazing!  I can\'t wait!    Oh, and like Travis said, for those of you that are not yet fully integrated, wait for the reviews before you buy them.

...If your nervous about buying something you have never heard I would advise you don\'t till reviews are available. The music isn\'t going anywhere. Only if your interested in an early limited edition is there any incentive to buy unheard music, particularly from an artist who produces an unpredictable array of material, your expectations my be incorrect.

Two things.

1) I don\'t post a whole Hell of a lot around here, but have been around tdrs long enough to know that what i just quoted is one of Travis\' more ingenious posts.

2) A question to Travis. Will the new monographed L.E. offering have the "original" artwork, like Blueprints did? (The Blueprints L.E. offering came with a print of the original artwork)

I\'m hoping you can answer this question, as it has an influence on whether or not i purchase the "regular" version of Cyborg Slunks.

Well in so much as each cover of the limited edition of CS is a unique drawing it won\'t be possible to have "the" cover as in blueprints. At the moment I have no idea what the final non-limited edition will look like. It will probably be something more like ISOTs original cover for the non-limited set. But possibly something else entirely. It\'s too soon to say. Not very helpful I know.

For some reason Decoding The Tombs of Bansheebot strikes me as something really exciting and fun from the cover art and name, it makes me want to explore!
I feel like a kid when I look at it.

I fully agree with you on this. It gives me that "Indiana Jones" feeling, you know? Here\'s the legendary Tomb of Bansheebot, so what could be inside, what dangers lurk within? You definitely feel like exploring it, like you said, probing it for its inmost secrets. Every nook and cranny, vault and hallway.

I hope it lives up to my high expectations, and even if it doesn\'t live up to that "Indiana Jones" feel, I\'m sure it will satisfy me in so many other ways.

Cons:
But to be honest... I think there is quite an "inflation" on Limited editions and self drawn covers. Is Buckethead buying out?
Don´t let me be missunterstood: I am a fan and I really love to hear him play;  
But you can say that there are no real limited editions because nearly every new cd gets a limited tag that is similar to the others .... there´s nothing limited to it anymore.... It is getting normal for a Buckethead CD to be selfdrawn.At least for the first 500 - 1000 issues. It is not limited anymore but part of the new Buckethead cover style.
Pros:
But what we can say is that Travis and Buckethead invented the selfpainted limited cover.... and that is something fresh, others don´t have. Getting a CD that is handcrafted and signed gets you nearer to the artist. What Travis does is unique! Regular Record companies won´t manage that. This is web 2.0! Keep it going!!! We love it....

Gory Glee!! Happy headstump is me that Buckethead takes the time and effort to draw a picture for each of us! It\'s nice to know that we are worth that effort... and I appreciate it!!! Grateful most definatlely...love every bitz of it...
