ok i have a million pictures of buckethead and theirs quite a few showing his neck/throat. and their is no tattoo.. where is this tatoo u speak of.. how far down his neck. and what color were his "dreads"? Blonde?

Anyone look closely at the image on the Electric tears cover?  If that is bucket... it sure makes one think wig...  The hair is quite short.
