My email address has become a real problem. I have had it for over 15 years and it had probably been stolen, traded and god knows what so many times that many of the major ISP\'s like Yahoo, AOL, and Hotmail have flagged it as spam and filter my email out. It had become such a problem it shut down our download store because so many download links never arrived I had to scrape it and start over with Bandcamp.

 I have gotten so many emails asking why didn\'t I reply, when I have and my email is filtered out, that I need to do something.

This probably only affects 2 percent of people trying to email me or less but that is no good. I\'m looking at starting a customer support system but need to make sure that will work with all ISP\'s.

In the meantime I have set up a gmail address. If you have sent me an email and got no response try my gmail address here:

Would it help if we sent you a test email and state our providers and browsers? I don\'t want to overload you but it\'s just a thought, might be a good idea to test.

No, this only affects a very few. I really just wanted to give an alternative email to those that emailed and can\'t figure out why I don\'t reply. I\'ll leave this as a sticky till a better solutions is in place.

It just continually amazes me how often you bend over bacwards for your fans and customers. You are one of a kind. Most companies wouldnt bother with 2% of people having service issues.

agreed. might i also suggest the theory that being "underground" musicians bring artist and fans more closer together than mainstream ones.
