picture of dude on crime slunk scene cd

does anybody know who\'s picture that is on the crime slunk cd?  It\'s been bugging me.  On related note, i kinda look like whoever it happens to be.  It creeped me out when i first saw it purely due to the similarity in appearance.  

If this is a duplicate post, please cut me some slack as i\'m a noob here.
