I can\'t spend the money right now, but I\'m curious as to when Population Override will come back in stock. Is it going to be another re-pressing situation like ARDITR and SOTP or what? I\'d really like to get ahold of a copy eventually. ;D

In the meantime, I\'ll just keep listening to what I\'ve got. I\'ve listened to Buckethead almost exclusively since I ordered my albums awhile back. I just don\'t find much else interesting anymore compared to the music at TDRS. Some may think I sound like a fool, but TDRS puts out the most appealing music to me.

This last one\'s for Alex: Dawn Appears off ARDITR may be my fav on that album. It\'s so slick. :)

EDIT: Changed some grammar stuffs. :P

Truth:  it's OK if they don't understand.  if you follow it, stay true to it, and respect it, you could be in store for the greatest journey you could ever imagine.

Population Override is actually released by ION records not us. We don\'t own it and only carried it when I could get some from ION. It should be available everywhere online, Amazon and so forth for reasonable prices. ION may sell it directly as well.
I\'ll contact them after the holiday and see if we can get more for the store here.

PO is always on Amazon and stuff like that, but often for silly prices.
Keep looking on Amazon, and you\'ll find it eventually.

I wish Buckethead would come to the UK.

Whatever you have to pay for it, it is worth it.  Population Override is a slab of pure brilliance.  If I were ever stranded on a desert island with only one album (and some means to play it), I hope it is PO.  I can listen to that album in pretty much any mood and it is awesome.

Oh course Amazon has pretty low quality downloads

Low quality? I\'d say the three MP3s I have got off Amazon have been pretty good.

I just checked them, 320kbps MP3s.
That\'s good enough for me. I don\'t/can\'t use FLAC much because I can\'t iPod them or play them on CDs... But I can convert them to AIFF and iPod them, but that makes a 3 minute song like 70MB. :-/

MP3 is low quality by definition.

^Technically yes, but I don\'t think anyone can really tell a difference between 320+kbps MP3s to CD quality.
But I don\'t know - I\'m not a professional with £5000 studio monitors.

People can definitely tell the difference.

There is a discernable difference between the 320bps and CD quality. The lead instrument or vocals are generally okay but you can really tell when the nuances are lost in the lower and higher frequencies. Or if you want slow down to half speed and transcribe fast parts you a sol with anything less than 320bps imo.
