BH released more albums in one year than most musicians do in a lifetime. As fans, we are spoiled. What was your favorite album of the year, I probably missed one but this is the list of 2007 releases (excluding isot & monolith). To pick a favorite would be hard, I don't own them all but luckily got most. Probably listen to Chicken Noodles II the most out of the lot, but would have to say Pepper's Ghost is my pick. ;)

Pepper\'s Ghost
Acoustic Shards
Blueprints
Cyborg Slunks
Decoding the Tomb of Bansheebot
Kevin's Noodle House
Chicken Noodles II
Praxis - Tennessee 2004
DCK
Shine E - Light Years

Of course ISOT was the best release. :p

If i had to pick one from your list i would say DtToB.

I don\'t have the kind of income that allows me to buy every gem the musical psycho genius that is Buckethead releases, but out of the ones I was able to purchase, I\'d have to say either Acoustic Shards or Pepper\'s Ghost.

Mr_kro

Its a toss up between Pepper\'s Ghost and Decoding the Tomb of Bansheebot

Choosing a fave hmmmm...is torture for me...co\'s each one I go coco for cuckoo puffs...and heck each one has it\'s own twist and turn...flavor all it\'s own...
In Search of The isn\'t listed as a choice....hmmm...it sure is a mighty 13 wedge symphony slab... extraordinary journey...and beyond amazing!!
...what a mind bending decision..as soon as I say...:this one"..."that one" pops into my head....here goes...

Pepper\'s Ghost...shred festival...Buckethead\'s hand\'s are smokin...on fire...and there is beauty to touch the heart too...and emblaming plaza...gives me a wonderful chill.

Acoustic Shards...cut me to peecez...nobody "practices" like Buckethead...overwhelmed and totally appreciate we have the opportunity to hear into the living room.

Blueprints...I love that Buckethead and TDRS chose to remaster and release it...officially...mighty wedges of imagination and fun....I\'ve loved ever since I heard the bootleg...many moons ago.

Cyborg Slunks...along with the story horrifying to think that Slipdisc has released his army to destroy Bucketheadland...Slunk Wranglers unite...to the end we will fight! I am loving the creativity and expression of Cyborgslunks!

Decoding the Tomb of the Bancheebot ...good golly it is a jam fest...shred and beyond...Sail on Soothsayer is beyond beautiful...I felt it deep and still do.

Kevins Noodle House...I really dig that Bucket and Brain got together to turn these out...First Steps has s special innocence I believe...I felt it before I knew it\'s name. Thin Crust...is amazing...one of many that set in deep.

Chicken Noodles II I love Bucket and Travis jamming together...fun fun fun...I love the Noodles...and this is the perfect compliment to Chicken Noodles. 2007 was a mighty busy year...for Bucket and Travis...sooo much going on! We asked for more ...and thankful they found the time and energy to Noodle II!!

Praxis Tennessee 2004 - I have to admit I never saw the bootleg show...I really dig the condensed re-master of that 3 hour show. Bucket, Bernie, Brain, Laswell live...jam masters them all...magical...wonderful...what\'s not to love.

Shin-E Lightyears...beautiful.

DCK...I L-O-V-E  Death cube K and the composition of the DCK Black album...totally took me by the neck...and twisted be in knots. From the moment I heard it had me wide eyed and psycho smiling weeeeeeeeeeee....what an amazing ride! Lotsa surprises and painted pictures in my mind!

That is a condensed version of gushing...I love em all!

BIG HUGZ!  ;D

it took me a while to come to terms with the fact that i enjoy Decoding more than Peppers Ghost, but that is the case.

Hmmm why wrestle with a decision ?  8)

I find it easier to go with the moment...feel them independently...differently...
I believe there is room to love each one.

no pain! ;)

I enjoyed all the releases to varying degrees, but to me the standouts were:

DCK Black album
Pepper\'s Ghost
Decoding the Tombs of Bansheebot
Blueprints

I really recommend checking out the DCK if you haven\'t already. It\'s a very strong release especially considering he hadn\'t made a DCK album in quite a while there. Plus you can\'t beat $10!
