My name is Alex, it is really nice to be here on this forum. Last year I had written an email to your sales department and received a reply back, so the reply I added to that was not answered. So one year later (5 minutes ago) I tried again and was not able to send an email to the previous email address for spam filter issues, so is there still a possibility to solve my petition by email ?
