"Annoying someone via the Internet is now a federal crime.

It\'s no joke. Last Thursday, President Bush signed into law a prohibition on posting annoying Web messages or sending annoying e-mail messages without disclosing your true identity."  (cut and pasted from the link)

hmmm... i use my initials and there is a link to my website so my identity isn\'t actually concealed... so i am pretty sure i\'m legally safe if i annoy someone.
Peace.

Who\'s going to decide what\'s annoying and what is not? Anyway it only "works" for the USA, we in Europe (and the rest of the world) still can annoy you  ;D Unless it\'s a pretext to start a new war:
"War on annoying e-mail.
Let\'s invade this or that country, they sent to much annoying e-mail to us, the bloody bastards. ;D And let\'s pray to our buddy Jesus to be protected from the horrible plague of annoying e-mail:

NowI lay me down to sleep
Pray the lord my soul to keep protected from annoying e-mail
If I die before I wake
Pray the lord my soul to take and curse those evil annoying e-mail senders"

ROFLMAO!!!!!!   ;D

of course, i shouldn\'t, it makes as much sense as anything else from the administration that has pledged to make it easier to put food on your family.
Peace.
