Hi Chris Moss!  We all have points to share.  I like the sound of that, a waa waa pedal.   That is a classic effect.  Is that that metal bar across the body of the guitar that sharps all the strings at once when you press it?megan

-but actually I thought it could be travis on the keyboards.  you know I can\'t tell the keyboards and the guitar apart alot of the time.  I\'m not sure which is which because I don\'t know how far the effects can take the sounds.  So sometimes I think it\'s keyboards sounding like strings.  I don\'t know guitar effects.

I like how unrestrained growth early on works the keyboards and the guitar fuzzy and sharp.  There they were very distinct to me.

Hi Megan
whats your talking about is a whammy bar! Also a cool effect.

the wah wah pedal is a floor based effect which cuts treble and adds bass and vise versa when you push it down(bass) or push it up (treble)...uh check out electric lady land by jimi hendrix to hear the wah wah played at it\'s best.

kepping with the hendrix theme the wammy bar is used in the star spangled banner...another example if eruption...but not many peopel use them anymore.

far as i know buckethead doesnt use a wammy any more he uses the wammy pedal...i see his les pauls have no wammy bar.
to hear this effect listen to axiology track 9.
hope this helps

One of my favourite thanatopsis synth moments is pyrrhic victory the keyboard are absolutly unleashed buckethead and travis are like sewing and intwhing and are really tight. about the synth sounds there is all kinda of modulation you can do lfo\'s saw and triangle frequencies..but to save me alot of time, respectfully here is a link for the mini moog synth which travis uses
