I wonder if Brain is playing drums on that track--I bet he is. The drums are extremely similar to those in "Calling Kyle" by Les Claypool and the Holy Mackerel. Brain played drums for the Holy Mackerel when they toured back in 1996, and both Buckethead and Brain played "Calling Kyle" live on the C2B3 tour. Hmmmm? I bet that\'s Brain we are hearing. Compare the two tracks if you have them.

Someone told me the live sounding drums on ISOT are sampled from Brain\'s "One Stroke Done" thingy.

Actually that\'s Les himself on drums on "Calling Kyle".  Brain is not actually on the Holy Mackerel recording, he was only on the tour.

That is correct, Indra. If you read my post closely, you will see that I said, "Brain played drums for the Holy Mackerel when they toured back in 1996." Therefore, Brain would know the drum line for "Calling Kyle," and may have made an extremely similar drum line for this Buckethead track.
