Travis: Isley Brothers?

Man, you\'re probably gonna think I\'m crazy. I detect an old-school Isley Bros. vibe when I listen to some Thanatopsis stuff. Particulary the guitar tone at times and keyboard tone. I can\'t think of individual songs at the moment, but, am I off base?

Well, I really like the Isley brothers, I can\'t say they were a direct influence but the whole 70\'s funk rock vibe is. So I guess the answer is yes.
