I third what Beau810 said! I'm the kind of person who just HAS to own CD's. Travis, you had mentioned that since music is free, then why pay for it...I just thought I'd say I pay for the music because the artist deserves the money.

Anyways, I wouldn't mind purchasing Shadows with a CDr instead of a regular CD, as long as I have all the artwork and music to go along with it. Another thing I thought of that would be cool and would probably attract more buyers would be to sell Limited Edition signed copies of Shadows, or maybe even throw in a bonus track, as long as Buckethead agrees to do any of that. Now, I don't know if you still keep in touch with Buckethead, but I just thought I'd throw out the idea.

I promise Travis that this will be the last time I ever post this question, but I was just thinking about it. Is there any speculation on when Shadows will be repressed?

Tracks 3 & 7 and tracks 8 & 10 have drum beats similar to each other. Also, Mannequins Are My Friend has a riff similar to Dummy Egg from Empty Space.

I think on albums like Underground Chamber and Balloon Cement, the guitar is done first, then the bass and beats. But with more structured albums, I think its the beats that are done first, then they add the guitar and bass.

There is some killswitching in the song "Boom". Buckethead was probably on that song too.

mlgudead, at first when I was making my "dream" album, I was thinking that song wouldn't be fit for it. But now that you bring it up, now I'm thinking it could either be "A Bucket of Bones" or "What Mask?"

Mine is called "It's Dead"! It's like a mix of Empty Space, The Shores of Molokai, and Cuckoo Clocks of Hell...a mix of heavy, experimental, funk, melodies, and cool electronic beats!

I can't decide on which songs will be which style, but hopefully you can get an idea of what they sound like if they actually were on an album. And I added a few of the tour songs because I really want them on an album! 

I haven't been to any Buckethead's solo shows this year, but I know he sells the first six Pikes albums and I heard that Electric Tears is at the merchandise table, and theres always t-shirts. CD's are usually $15 and T-shirts are $25. You should bring extra money, in case "The Shores of Molokai" ends up at the merchandise table. Hope that helps!

Awesome news, TTB! Could I contribute to the next album? I've always wanted to do something like this to show my appreciation for Buckethead and all of the work he's done over the years!

Haven't been able to download the full album yet, but I heard Crack the Sky and I think it's amazing! Can't wait to hear the rest. Love the artwork too! Will there be anymore Buckethead tribute albums in the future?
