You've possibly addressed this before elsewhere but is there any particular reason Thanatopsis may not continue? (You think it's run it's course? Buckethead otherwise occupied?, etc.)

on amazon!  well documented book on US foreign policy.  perhaps an answer to "why do they hate us?" & "they hate us for our freedoms" & other bullshit.

"I\'ve changed. People change. Changes...  I\'m not the same Jerri Blank who informed on those blind orphans. I\'m not the same Jerri Blank who revealed the hiding place of those Guatemalans... such as yourself. And I\'m not the same Jerri Blank who took a crap in the Fleishmann\'s holly bushes... last night." -- explaining why she doesn\'t want to finger Kimberly Timbers for being a retard, from "Who Wants Cake?"

"When I give food to the poor, they call me a saint. When I ask why are they poor, they call me a Communist." - Hélder Câmara

I am as up-to-date as my OS will allow on Flash.  But admittedly i\'m woefully behind so hopefully it just us dinosaurs it\'s bein\' funky with.

I can just use Opera or IE.

Anyone else having this problem?  Mozilla on my pc won\'t load tdrs.com since the site change.  It gets to "loading menu" graphic & stops & nothing but the header & left side menu displays.

It works ok with Opera & IE (though on IE it displays funky, i.e. the albums display too low - out of frame).

The least any governments restrict the internet the better.

neil young (apparently) has been touting some new "format" that has all the sonic qualities of vinyl that may become the standard at some point (2012 supposedly).

could be a pipe dream........or not?

thats a cool vid.  Travis rockin\' a Keith Emerson haircut & everything!  reminded me of him

QuoteI noticed a few more tour dates for those interested:

Thursday, September 8
Awful Arthur\'s Towers
Roanoke, VA

Sunday, September 25
Vinyl Music Hall
Pensacola, FL

Monday, September 26
WorkPlay Theatre
Birmingham, AL

Thursday, September 27
Crossroads
Huntsville, AL

Damn he\'s really touring out in the sticks!

I meant prior to & after his current touring of course.

Travis,
What are the current impediments to a new Thanatopsis record?

- funding?
- timing/scheduling?
- enough material to start up with?
- all the members wanting to do it?
- other?

QuoteAfter reading all this I wonder if Big B was feeling alright.
Tried and True set list... no ancore... flubs here and there... bots thinking he wasnt into it... recent history of problems...

Yep it makes me wonder.

i got the same impression at the san diego show.  although to be able to play like that if you\'re not well would be even more amazing!

QuoteI love Buckethead but I am getting tired of always hearing the same songs.  I have been going to shows for well over a decade now and the setlist has been basically the same during that whole time.  It is time for Buckethead to start incorporating some of his new stuff in his live shows.

i couldn\'t agree more. why put out more than 10 albums since 2006 yet retain such a similar setlist. i don\'t get it. i mean he even uses alot of those songs when playing live w/ Praxis over the years.

i love jeff beck too but he does the same thing. how many times can you see someone play the same songs?

maybe i just likes more variety than most??  i\'ll still likely go to the show when he gets to my town howeva!

sounds good from the preview track (1st one said "This ID doesn\'t exist!") - great work Travis
