p.s. there\'s no shame in the bigger digits - its all good.  I would, of course, like to have #666 to rumple and fetish.   There\'d be some honor and distinction accompanying that.

Personally, I went for the individual slice and I greatly appreciate that option.  I plan to acquire them one by one using the following algorithm to determine the sequence:

next volume = (fibonacci(x) mod 13)

where fibonacci(0) = 0
           fibonacci(1) = 1
           fibonacci(x) = (fibonacci(x-1) + fibonacci(x-2))

unfortunately, using this method I\'ll never get volumes 4, 6, 7, or 13.  crap.

Island of Lost Minds was a tour only cd?  I got mine sometime around the release of Cuckoo Clocks of Hell but I can\'t remember how.  I thought I bought it through TDRS.  Did they sell it on the Bucket of Bernie Brains tour?
