Hit that long lunar note... and let it float.

Beefheart was and always is amazing.

Hope you have a good time up there with Frank. R.I.P.

My top-5

Praxis - Transmutation (First BH-related album I ever heard. Awesome stuff, especially Animal Behaviour and The Interworld And The New Innocence.)

BH - Giant Robot (1994, Sony Japan; one of his most varied albums, I for one love the variety.)

BH - The Elephant Man\'s Alarm Clock (I think this is the most solid album of his \'recent\' releases; some may have more outstanding tracks but this is the most consistent as a whole.)

Guns n\' Roses - Chinese Democracy (I love BH\'s work on this + the whole album\'s pretty awesome. Never was a GnR fan before (or after BH, lol), but this shit is great.)

BH - In Search Of The... (Well, this definitely has variety in it... and lots of it.)

I\'m hoping for a physical copy. I hate these \'download-only\' -releases. But a cd, I\'ll buy that immediately. BTW, pikes#1 kicks ass.

Happy New Year everyone!

Boy, is this new cd cool or what? Buckethead\'s released some excellent albums in 2010 (both Regards\', Captain Eo etc.), but this is my favorite of his recent releases. Epic stuff!

I wonder if the "real" version released in this new year will have the bass? Seems to be missing on this one, could this be work-in-progress? Cool shit nonetheless.

Lotus Island. The short HEAVY riff just before the 1 minute mark crushes... An epic song overall.
