Title: D.O.E.
Post by: Duckhead on September 22, 2008, 03:47:41 PM
Travis  - YOU ROCK!! I just recieved my copy of DOE. You have the best customer service of any company I have ever dealt with, you ship fast and secure, communicate with customers at a level above the rest and produce some of the best music my ears have ever been blessed to hear.

I love how when I pop this cd into my itunes it comes up as an "unclassifiable" genre. Some people may say this sounds like Thanatopsis, some may say like Population Override - I think it is a twist of both. I classify it as "da Kine!". This is a really great cd. Now I gotta go listen to it again.   :) :P ;D

sooo diggin\' track 7

If a Bucket/Travis Tour ever happens, they better bring Cameron Stone with them, the cello lines on tracks 4 and 6 are beautiful!

Totally agree, on track 4 Cameron\'s cello compliments Travis\'s playing perfectly. It is a very nice instrumental addition.

I read somewhere on the TK that Brain\'s contribution on this cd is programming and not actuall playing. Sounds like actual playing to me, how does an untrained ear like mine tell the difference?

Hmm, I\'d say it\'s real.

Travis...this is a bad ass album. Thanks for getting it out to me so quickly as usual.

I\'d have to say this is probably my fav collaboration with you and Bucket...very nicely done sir.

Grooving away in the office...
