At TK someone pointed out, the five CDs of Monolith could meant to be combined to one track like "Zaireeka", an album by The Flaming Lips (see Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zaireka) for more information on that). Nobody on TK seemed to doubt it.
So now, that I combined the tracks in Cubase and listened to it several times I\'m quite sure that this is the actual album. The title "Monolith" alone is good evidence to me.
Travis, can you confirm this? And when will the 5.1 DVD go on sale? ;D

Well, the word monolith means something like a massive rock formation, so that would support the theory. Maybe it\'s meant to combine into one big "formation" after all.
I haven\'t tried combining them, but I hear the results are really cool and surprising.

As a person who just discovered Zaireeka like three weeks ago, this novelty is immensely appealing to me! Now if only I had expendible cash.
I tried this on the Funnel Weaver Album binding an blending the results were less then lukewarm, also for the lawyers (reading this) I aborted it a few months after it was created.

if I were to do this in Adobe Audition, it would probably snuff out the computer.
