Anyone have any info about the DCK album with Laswell?

Are you referring to the limited edition DCK album released last year?  That is the one that is all black.  I hadn\'t heard it called Torn from Black Space.  Anyway, it has 9 untitled tracks and totals around 51:33 or so.  I think it is a great Death Cube K album, but you need to know what you are getting with Death Cube K.  It is ambient music and very unstructured.  It is definitely not like his other music.

AFAIK "Torn From Black Space" is NOT released yet and of course it is NOT "DCK".

As you see it\'s just mentioned in an interview. That\'s all.

Ahh, ok.  I had never heard of this album and thought maybe it was a made up name for DCK since it already has made up track names.  Thanks.

I think this was probably about a year ago now, but some guy called "silent watcher" posted on the buckethadland.com boards that DCK Torn from Black Space was completed or at least close to being completed.

Granted 2 DCK albums have been released since then, but Torn From Black Space was rumored to have guests, which neither of the 2007 releases had. Who knows, maybe it will turn up this year.

I hope it will be completed.  It took me quite awhile to get into Death Cube K, but I am now a fan.  It isn\'t something for every situation, but in the right setting it is amazing.
