Title: Flesh for the Beast question for Travis!!
Post by: Nubbins on January 08, 2008, 12:29:24 AM
Travis, I recently saw Flesh for the Beast and noticed that you had a hand in some of the music Buckethead made for the film. (Your name is in the movie credits, congratulations!) The musical contributions to this movie are nothing short of incredible! I was completely floored by some of the amazing sounds and music that were featured here.

Other than the title track which appeared on Dawn of the Deli Creeps, is there any available recording of the soundtrack and if not will there ever be? You guys have some amazing material on this picture that would be a crime not to release! A great deal of it sounded like it ended up on the Cuckoo Clocks of Hell album, but there were a number of Cuckoo Clocks-esque parts that do not appear on that album.

Do you guys have the rights to this music? If the recordings still exist, is there any chance that they will ever see a release?

That music is owned by the movie company. I think somewhere here is an old thread about writing to them to see if they would release it. Didn\'t happen though.
