Is this a truncated release of the 2 disc version already available from some places as an import? If so, is it the first disc in its entirety?

Its pricey, so if this is a reissue that would be pretty cool. Any info thus far? Sorry if this has already been addressed...
I believe it is just the 1 disc version (ie - you will be missing the 3 tracks off disc 2).
