I am assuming that the limited edition Cyborg Slunks will be a CD-R. If I am wrong, please correct me. Do you know if the non-limited edition Cyborg Slunks will be a CD-R or a pressed CD? I would prefer to have a pressed CD if I have the option.

I am less than enthusiastic about plunking down my hard earned cash on CDRs. Are there plans on releasing real pressed CDs of "Cyborg Slunks", "ISOT" or "DCK"?
Also Travis, will the non-limited be a pressed disc with cover art in a jewel case kind of deal? Or it will it be a reproduction of the limited in a white digipak like the DCK or ISOT?
Also does the limited edition have a tracklisting or credits?
What exactly do people have against CD-Rs? I don\'t see the big deal either way.
CD-Rs can go funny after a while, even under normal conditions. My Cornbugs "Spot the Psycho" that was on CDR from Bill sounds like crap now--pretty much unlistenable; I have taken excellent care of it, and there is nothing visibly wrong with it. Also, sometimes people have claimed that a certain CDR wouldn\'t play in all players.
Huh. I have never had any trouble with them. I certainly have never had them wear out any faster than a normal CD. Plus, now I just rip them to my iPod, so I have nothing to worry about on that front. Anyway, thanks for the answer as I really had no idea what the fuss was about.
I have nothing against them really, but I will say that my limited edition DCK will only play on certain CD players, others will spit it right back out saying there\'s an error. :(
Sorry I missed this before now. Yes the limited CS is a CD-R. I thought I posted that on the order page but I guess I didn\'t. I\'ll amend that page. I recomend the limited edition like ISOTs and DCK black and silver be backed up and store your collectable away. There will be at some point soon a regular edition of the CD.
