"We are going to take our troops out of the Middle East"
sound familiar? Well, Obama\'s new quote is to "Finish the job"
That, and how can this man call himself a Christian and support abortion???
spare us your lies Obama
What does abortion have to do with anything?
QuoteWhat does abortion have to do with anything?
the topic is about Obama\'s lies, so Obama lying about being a Christian has to do with everything

Don\'t you think that abortion is a big topic in America?

Yes unfortunately. The rest of the world not so big topic. There are too many people on this planet, and not enough food for them. 1 Billion people in 1900. 6 billion now!
6x in 100 years! From the beginning of humanity to 1900 on the time scale. Then, 1/1000th of a relative percent time-wise, and we grow six times larger! Bad crops, bad weather, floods, no place to grow food-we have less land because there are more people and buildings on the planet-not contributing to the replenishment of the planet, but polluting it, make in uninhabitable. All we care about is retail sale prices on black friday.

That\'s true, but unfortunately people alone don\'t have the power to do anything radical on such matters. All we can do is hope for a better world, even though we KNOW it\'s all going downhill from here. Besides, there\'s is nothing us humans can do to regain any attributes that the planet has already lost, we can only make it more comfortable for the time being.
Obama wasn\'t the first to win with catchy slogans. And he won\'t be the last, either. He may very well still be blaming Bush into his second term.
Eisenhower had some prophetic thoughts about the military industrial complex: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qdrGKwkmxAU&feature=related
And I do find the number of abortions performed to be appalling. Outside of medical exceptions I can\'t think of a good reason to have one... at least the US isn\'t enforcing them like China does.
I don\'t get too revved up over politics. One thing I do know is that hot topic issues like abortion are more or less smoke screens to divert our attention from what\'s really going on behind closed doors. We get all caught up in that debate. Meanwhile...
true Ella. when there is a big crowd gathered, don\'t forget to look the other way to see what is really happening.
i don\'t care for the "what are humans supposed to do about it" attitude. if we could take some responsibility, (and stop waiting to be saved) maybe we\'d see how powerful we really are. i\'m not one to sit around and "hope" things will get better
but, the topic is about Afghanistan and it is very, very disappointing, but unfortunately, i\'m not at all surprised. not at all.
hey Egg... remember that link you sent me about a year ago with the interview with that mind control gal? still have it? i accidentally deleted it. thanks!!

No argument there. :D You have a good point. But in my travels I have met some individuals that were what I would call "abortion happy" advocates. They would chalk up an abortion just like others would announce a birth. Chilling.
But still, politicians can bungle their jobs (get nothing done or do the exact opposite of what they campaign for) but as long as they keep their constituents satisfied enough they will get their votes.
"The whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed (and hence clamorous to be led to safety) by menacing it with an endless series of hobgoblins, all of them imaginary." H L Mencken
It doesn\'t surprise me that Obama\'s a liar. His campaign promise was flimsier than a piece of photo paper.

THANK YOU finally, someone who sees the truth. America would be in the same spot even if Mc cain was elected, because we are still fighting a war! It\'s just a good thought to know no way is he getting re-elected

Sadly, there is actually still a good enough chance that he will get reelected.
Why? Because there are so many idiots that vote in this country, they\'ll support Obama until he gets convicted of a felony.
You want a good example? Former Mayor of Detroit Kwame Kilpatrick. The man was a scumbag, and even before he got removed from office, it was clear this guy had shit to hide, and he still got reelected. The FBI even got involved to make sure that the ballots weren\'t rigged because it was so unbelieveable, yet nothing illicit happened. The people in Detroit are so stupid, they were continuously fed the same bullshit for 4 years and still believed him, even though he wasted the city\'s money, did nothing to improve the city (except the police department), and if anything just shat all over his family\'s name. He was scum, and to me Obama is not far from this. Sure he has a family, but he\'s just as vague as Kilpatrick was. Kilpatrick promised to help the city, and instead he just let it rot, and now it has to deal with a multi-million dollar debt that that ass left behind.

reminds me of something the P\'s said:
The system is corrupt, it does not work, it does not honor life, and it does not honor Earth. That is the bottom line. If something does not honor life and does not honor Earth, you can bet it is going to fall, and it is going to fall big time.
Consciousness must change. This is part of the Divine Plan, and this opportunity and setup are not going to be missed. There has been an overinvolvement in the material world and a complete lack of understanding of the nonphysical world that exists all around you, so there will be a reprioritizing of what comes first in life. People will stand up, once they have lost everything, who had never thought of standing up when they owned everything. People will awaken to the incredible potential of themselves.

Care not what fool wears the crown, for the real throne is not anywhere to be seen. The "wealthy" are (for the most part) the ones running the show in the illusion of the physical world. The leaders and their political parties are actors in a farcical charade of sloganism, iconicism and false-patriotism, actors that are installed in roles meant to portray the best intentions in heart for some or all people, when in fact they do not deliver anything but more "wealth" for their benefactors. Of the many acts corrupt and insipid delivered by these demons (if you choose to see any being\'s actions as negative), the greatest illusions they have fostered for controlling the puppet theater is the belief in death and material. As long as these illusions persist, so will suffering. The very nature of thought itself is constantly under attack, as we are forced to submit to the constraints of classical sciences and mathematics to graduate through an academic system that, by design, precludes outsiders from professing truth and living by instinct and innate knowledge. We are not here to learn in this illusion, we should be un-learning. Words and names and distinctions limit the flow of source, limit the ability to drink of it without pause. Even writing these words is taxing on my inner self. Every label that we affix takes us further away from the pure consciousness, makes us less cognizant of truth and harmony... we are not meant to separate and categorize, not even the worst things... We are presented hurdles in the life illusion that are meant to facilitate experiences, draw out awareness and interaction, bring a sensory complexity of light, dark, love, joy and sorrow to be absorbed.... let us be co-authors and co-inhabitants of an exchange of energy that doesn\'t look for reason or blame or a parking space at Wal-Mart. Very nice 4th post MB. Most poetic description of the NWO yet!

Well spoken and deeply felt. Thank you MB!
What a Wonderful World it should and could be.
"To live content with small means; to seek elegance rather than luxury; and refinement rather than fashion; to be worthy, not respectable; and wealthy, not rich; to study hard, think quietly, talk gently, act frankly; to listen to stars and birds, to babes and sages, with open heart; to bear all cheerfully, do all bravely, await occasion, hurry never; in a word, to let the spiritual, unbidden and unconscious grow up through the common. This is to be my symphony."

BIGGEST HUGE HUGZ! :)
All lovely sentiments for sure. Now, back to reality. The world is not now, nor will it ever be, a tranquil love-fest. Religion and money will continue to destroy the species, we must extract whatever happiness we can while we are here. In the meantime-question, listen, and read between the lines. 8)
Awww Egg don\'t cha think?
Positive energy goes along way...once released...has the power to transform...enlight...love, consideration, unity...inner peace.
Negative energy, an opposition...once unleashed...does quite a number on the brain. Predjudice, narrow mindedness...ego, greed...blame.
Positive momentum must start in each persons lil corner of reality...open communication, respect and understanding...the unlearning of "judgement"...refreshing attitudes healing and finding a way without blame.
MB said it the best...and covered it eloquently.
Sooooo worth the reach to see.
Eggy...in any case...I rather not "extract" happiness...I\'d prefer to share it.
BIG HUGZ :)
I get the gist of the notion. But some people rely on their illusions just to get by. Politicians know this and exploit it. Don\'t look to any politician as a source of integrity. Once elected they have to answer to the elite that can keep them there. Ron Paul is very intriguing, though.
I can\'t blame religions in general, either. Many great things have been done by organized Christians, Jews, Muslims and Hindus that have furthered humanity.
Wars will be waged and battles will be fought as long as resources are limited and people need those resources.

That was freakin\' brilliant.
Well put MB, but on another note does anyone know of a politition, or anyone for that matter who doesn\'t lie? It\'s part of being human. Also I know plenty of Christians who are pro-abortion, I also know Christians who don\'t stone gays to death which is what the bible seems to think is right along side no abortion. The bible is a book of morals to follow by, not a reason to let 12 year old rape victums die. Personally I think Obama is the smartest man to run the whitehouse in my entire life (which consequently has not been too long). But hey each to his (or her) own opinions
^^I don\'t think Ron Paul lies.
First of all I would like to say I\'ve always thought of Ron Paul as an alright guy (even thogh I disagree with him on most issues) however;

;) I didn\'t dwelve to deep into authenticity so correct me if its just BS ;D
Every politician lies. That is one of the only facts you can permanently affix to politics.
That said,
wake me when Obama, lies us into an unjust war, while not "finishing the job" in Afghanistan
Outs a CIA opperative, hires lawyers who will say in legal briefs that it isn\'t illegal to torture, then has the AG fire those who won\'t play ball, ect ect ect.
I can\'t stand Obama. But I\'m def pro abortion, this world wayyyy overpopulated!!!!!!!! Population override!!!! Too many humans!!!
ive never understanded american thinking. Im not against Obama, and as far as ive read, hes a steping stone in a bigger scheme. I honestly never exoected anything radical from him scince he has to overcome the power of the senate who by all means dont care what the president thinks as long as they can remain in the spot they are sitting in right now.
I do think hes really doing something, but what i dont understand is how they believe that change in whatever form it may be will come the day after like deleting and create something new which is kind of idiotic to think about since beuraucracy is all about the contrary.
Also i read the first post and they say hes not christian. wtf that has to do with anything, you elect a president to lead a country not be in front of a chruch. XD. i think that mostly came up when the mosque thing was the trend of the news and again is kind of odd. They guy might be christian or not but he has the same right of oppinion as everyone else.
The economy of usa would be in the floor either way and i would think that if mc.cain would have been elected president, the situation might be even worse.
Let the guy do what hes planning and dont pull back after all that is just a reflex of so many years of republicans in office ;D
Not everything happens patriot act fast ;)

Haha, that post made me laugh! ;D
Ya know, O-shit-head-bama has not fulfilled ANY promises he made and tried to make us a socialist country with his bullshit health-care plan for 2014. It got overruled by congress (thank god). He is a Muslim scum-bag and I can\'t wait for him to get the heck outta office. Bill Clinton was the last decent president we had... Don\'t bother arguing with me because I WON\'T reply. Bucketdog has spoken! Peace.........
Obama has done quite alot, believe it or not. not everyone is going to be happy. And why is everyone being all butt hurt if he lies or not? Every president has! Get your guys\' head out of the gutter and realize this! We all get lied toooooo no matter what they make you think.
The thing that annoys me is that people WANT, WANT, WANT, but dont realize the difficulty that comes behind it.
Some people want our troops back, but honestly, dont blame Obama for not bringing them home, if anything Bush started it and you guys expect Obama to fix problems that took about 8 years to make??? Its not that easy..
We all have our differences and well i just believe you guys are alittle to harsh on Obama, you guys have no idea what he has to go through, running the country.. and just because he may not pro whatever you want, doesnt mean hes a bad guy and a complete liar! Come on guys acknowledge that atleast.

there was no need for being so offensive to the man.. you know he has alot of people to worry about not just the people here on tdrs.. and the fact that you call him a "muslim scum bag" doesnt help with anything at all.. people take offense to that and im one of them..

quoted for only getting information from Fox News ;D ;D ;D
^^^ I refuse to watch fox news... They are evil... I guess after hearing Obamas\' pre election speech and comparing it to the actual actions he has taken and efforts he has made. He has fallen short big time and that\'s truly a fact. I\'m over it and he will be gone next year anyway(I hope...). So whatever. No need to argue over this crap, because it will get us nowhere anyway. I should have kept my thoughts to myself... Peace.

Wow, what a strange sentence.
We don\'t need much more dumber people - Abortion is great. Why raising a kid If you don\'t want it?
Isn\'t it also not christian to use condoms? What\'s the idea of that?
I don\'t know. Such statements just creeps me out...
