I guess it depends what they do with the detainees after they close it. It should never have been opened, but it\'s visible and something one can target. What if the change was to transfer the whole thing to somewhere invisible? Scary, but possible.
Perhaps a side issue, but what\'s all this with US military bases on foreign soil, anyway? (They\'re going to want back into Goose Bay, btw, for the new surveillance system.)
