What else are you listening too?
I usually keep my mp3 player playing in alphabetical order. Sometimes I can hear the extremes of the kind of music I listen to that way. The last one that I noticed was the switch from John Denver to Rakim.

I will have to check out Rakim as you both referenced.
I\'m a big Who fan.
Lisitening to a lot of Dave Brubeck (just saw him in June; my sister and I see him every year at the Tarrytown Music Hall); listening esp. to Dave Digs Disney which I got for my niece awhile back and she listens to every night at bed time.
I grew up on Eddie Harris and have been listening to him a lot these days:

I thought I\'d add a few of my favorites here.
I think Pink Floyd is the greatest band of all time.
Loreena McKennitt is one of my favorite female artists.
I also developed an appreciation for Bob Seger that I didn\'t really see coming...and The Eagles.
