Title: I come for comforting
Post by: Dorkclock on May 27, 2005, 01:50:28 AM
Ok so lately I\'ve been have these "panic attacks" It use to just happen when I smoked now it\'s happening more often. Does ne one know what I\'m talking about? I feel weird talking about it with family. They might think I\'m all wacked out if I go to the doctor for something like this.

i\'m sorry you think your family wouldn\'t understand, but most certainly you should talk to the doctor about it - panic attacks can come for many reasons, and the sooner you deal with it, the sooner you can start to get a handle on the problem and feel better.

best wishes.

Yeah I think I\'m going to. I just feel better talking to other people about it. Thanx for the response.

yup.all you probably need is some zoloft(is that it???)and you\'ll be fine!my buddy franzarelli had the panic attacks and is taking that and it helps him somewhat-look into vitamin deficiency as a possible cause, too, though if you\'ve been living on junk food for awhile,i\'ve heard that can be even more beneficial in the long run vs man-made drugs.exercise and "trippy nutrition"can also be quite beneficiary to the stimulant-depleted body! ;)

get lots of rest and maybe start taking a vitamin B supplement...they are great for stress.    are you worried about stuff?
