Title: Vive Vince!
Post by: oldfolkie on September 02, 2004, 04:25:52 PM
Just got my copy of in-VINCE-ible today & it\'s in there now. Downloaded the Piano Solos album last week.

Whoa, what a difference in sound! I had only listened to a few sample tracks so I wasn\'t as prepared as I thought. The Piano Solos are all mood pieces & fairly low key so I was totally blown away by the first cuts on the CD (Training Montage, Dawn of a New Day) - I really like it, but it was a shock!  ::)

The CD is a super mix & Vince is a certified keyboard wizard! (most of you probably already knew that, but I\'m a Vince newbie, not having been into Transformers).

Great stuff!

Hi all,
I\'m new here and have had a fun time reading past postings. I just downloaded the Vince piano solos and while it is low key, it is great to listen to at night while decompressing after a long day. I really enjoy listening to music where you can tell that it is a passion for the musician and the music seems to just flow from inside them. Buckethead is like that too, the music just seems to come from inside and you can feel the passion and energy of it from him.
Thank you Travis for this site to help me find more of the type of music that suits me and others that are in to it too. I love being able to find more music that I love without having to guess at it, and more variety of artists. Well done! Your passion of music shows and thank you for sharing it with others. 8)

Question....

Is Vince\'s Falling off a clef, the same as the piano solos?

If not, is down loading the piano solos the only way to purchase it?

I have just been in listening to various mp3\'s, and I am very intriged.

And which Bukethead solo work do you think I should start out with?

Downloading is the only way to get the piano solos CD for now. The Falling Off A Clef  CD is a brand new work and  is a totally different sounding project. The sample on the MP3 page from the Piano Solos CD is called "Fall" there are also several samples from Falling Off a Clef as well.

Your having problems hearing the tracks on the MP3 page? What happens when you try? Have you tried right clicking on the link and choosing "save to disc"?
