Where I live, there isn\'t a lot of oportunities to go to rock concerts. For some reason however, Buckethead enjoys doing shows in Colorado (He did 4 or 5 shows in 2009). I traveled about 365 miles to see him at Mishiwaka.
How far have you travled to see Buckethead?
or, How far would you travel to see Buckethead?
The only time I\'ve seen Buckethead, I drove roughly 225 miles with a friend to go see him. I\'m willing to drive even further to see him again because I appreciate his music so much more now than I did the first time I saw him live. I can\'t wait for the day when the next tour dates are announced! :)
Well Ive seen Bucket all of twice.
Once my wifebot and I drove round trip 270 miles to see him at the Middle East in Cambridge Ma.
The second time we walked about 1.5 miles round trip when we saw him a the Asylum in Portland, Me
3 to 4 hour road trip and would probably get a room overnight. he has stopped in detroit a few times so hopefully he will do it again. travis\'s michigan connection helps out...... i think.

knock on wood. don\'t want to jinx myself
I would ve drove for about 5 minutes to get to the hob here in anaheim, ca. But I couldn\'t go =(
The longest distance one way flight was roughly 3000 miles.
The total distance my headstump has traveled...
15 shows 2006-2008 = about 23,000.
Big HUGZ.
yeah ZQ!
Holy crap ZQ! Seeing him play in person was an unreal experiance that I hope to have many many more times in the future.
Ive gone 265 miles to see him in SF, thats the furthest in one trip. But ive gone to Santa Cruz, Hollywood 2 or 3 times, and Anaheim a few times as well. I am about 165 miles from Hollywood, and about 200 miles from both Anaheim and Santa Cruz. So in total it really starts add up. Nothing close to ZQ, though. Thats just amazing! 8)
He\'s seriously gotta start touring again.. How would you classify a buckethead fan that follows his shows like a grateful dead fan (dead head)? Yeah I know initially your a "bucketbot", but how about a "bot" that travels to most of his shows at any given tour? And if anyone says \'stalker\' I\'m gonna kick you in the lip. Road-bot? Travel-bot? Stalker-bot(ouch dammit!)? Car-bot? Pot-bot? Bot-head? Pot-head(hehe)?
Drove from Cleveland to Newport KY back in 2006...Not sure how many miles, but it took about 5 hours.
I\'ve driven to Pittsburgh PA all three times he played Mr. Small\'s theater, though that\'s only about 2 and a half hours away from Cleveland.
Wow ZQ, you got me beat. I\'ve seen him about 9 times. I live in the center of Oklahoma (Norman) and have been to Mishawaka (furthest), Lawrence, KS; Dallas TX :( and Tulsa (closest).
From the Pittsburgh area I have flown to Chicago and seen him there and then driven from there to Milwaukee to see him again. I think that is the fartherst I have gone.
We have driven out to San Francisco from So Cal. a few different times, which was about 400 miles. Also 5 hours to see him in Vegas, two different times.
i dont know how but ill go to his next concert round. To the closes to canada possible. Maybe organize something with fellow bots and travel in pack listening to bucket on the way to the concert and the way out.
At least now that im not at the other half of the globe in technically close than when i was in Chile.
But all depends on Buckethead\'s current condition. Im still concerned that it could be chronic or something. Just good old concern ;D

I traveled only slightly less to get to Mishawaka, and I was living in the same state.
Definitely relative, but for me that is not very far.

Second Show Giant Robot 06172004 @ The Empire

I can\'t remember specifically how many times I\'ve seen Bucket off the top of my head (5,6 or 7) but the furthest I\'ve had to travel was a little over an hour. I generally try to catch 2 shows on each tour.
