Gorgone, I hope, will arrive this week. I\'ll post here when the pre-orders are shipped and the "pre" will be removed from the order form at the store.
Just a reminder to those that ordered the download that there is a half off discount for the CD version on the pre-order and will expire when the CD is released. I will probably give a bit of a grace period before pulling the discount, but if your interested this is the best time to take advantage of it.

Thank you, we tried to make it suck as bad as we could, for a while there I was afraid we failed.

Nother ones trash, is someones elses treasure, the more obscure, the more delightful, from anolog tape in someones pocket to bootleg recordings, its all music to my ears... Goregone was a delight to listen to, the stranger the better.

very well said - it was worth every penny to me, and more.  sublime to my ears, a journey for my imagination, a waltz within my adrenalized blood.

Oh that made me laugh. I guess Mr. Burton Dickerson isn\'t the only one in the family with a dry sense of humour.  :D

Damn Travis! Is that why I like it so much? ::)

I have to admit though I do Like PO and Axiology better, but then I really really like PO so.... There is another Thanatopsis in the works maybe? (Fingers crossed)

Hey fijj,

Were you referring to Gorgone or were you simply commenting on how you felt about all the nameless pop music that clutters the store shelves after being enlightened?

The recent criticism aimed at " Gorgone " used the devastating and daring phrase..... " it sucks! "  followed by the equally  cutting term... " trash it ." Surely this critic has used up his entire vocabulary.    DOD

well... i for one was impressed that he refrained from referring to the much over used - "firetruck" and "spit".  it shows an effort to expand into a more mature lexicon.  it is a pity his musical tastes haven\'t followed suit.

hmmm... i reflected for a while on my own deep embrace of 4-letter words.  i have decided that since i don\'t use them as my sole means of communication, my post isn\'t nearly as hypocritical as i first feared.  i use them with a maturity that reflects my knowledge of the full depth of the words in question.   ;D

Gorgone must\'ve been way over this guys head... maybe it needs a "Mature Audiences Only" sticker or something
