So most of you know who I am and that I\'m a very controversial comment and thread poster here... I speak my mind and I am kind of an ass-hole(I admit it). Well that\'s me, and who I am...
However I feel we should all come togeather and do something nice for Travis and Buckethead. We should have a day, every other month that all (who can afford to) of us buy a cd or download from here that we don\'t have in our collection. I tell you what, if you haven\'t heard thanatopsis stuff yet, you\'re missing out. I just bought "axiology" and friggin love it. Anyway - - I say the day that "left hanging" is released should mark the day we start this 2 month interval process.
Continue to buy as you will, but I think the people that don\'t buy regularly, should participate. Considering most of us listen to buckethead profusley and helps make our day brighter (or darker, hehehe). It\'s the least we could do for all the great stuff they have done for us over the years and the great music we will have for the rest of our lives...

Im all for buying some CD i dont have, belive me im missing a lot and wether there is a binge day or not im buying Captain EO\'s Voyage and Forensic Follies as soon as the physical copy becomes available

I was unaware of this... Regardless we should do something more often. I\'m gonna. Starting with captain eo and left hanging. And make a bi-monthly habit on the same day to buy unexplored buckethead and thanatopsis territory till I have everything tdrs has to offer. Prolly not isot regular edition though. I want to buy the le version from someone someday.

Thats good man, i have once every 4 months more or less (xmas, bday, and some in between). I just noticed that if i buy CEV ill have all 2010 solo releases, that would be cool XD

Yea the tk community organizes binge days where we all join in on the effort of purchasing albums here on tdrs. Some do it for JUST buckethead. I do it for anything on tdrs. we were supposed to do it this halloween.. but it hasnt been mentioned so idk.. and either way, Most likely everyone will buy Left Hanging and CEV when they come out. So i guess thatll stride towards your idea i guess..

I own everything Buckethead related at TDRS (Until Captain EO and Left Hangin\' come out)....once they are released, I will buy them. No need to wait for a specific day....
But yeah, TK has been planning Binge Days for a while now - though there has been a hiatus with Slunk Lord being busy with life. He\'s the one that always organized em.
I do agree with you that those who do not have all the stuff available should binge as often as they can. (Many of them are young and don\'t have jobs) I say get out there and shovel some driveways, get a paper route, beg, borrow or steal and buy you up some Buckethead cd\'s!!
Souds good... I binge whenever a new disc comes out! But this idea is perfect for you bucket bots that are missing releases.
Im just stoked because the amount of releases this year is outstanding. For that reason alone I say, "Only do limited touring, Buckethead, because your recordings last much longer and are better than your live shows."

I already own everything by Buckethead that I can get. Basically I am missing Giant Robot NTT and Chicken Scratches. If those are ever on TDRS believe me I will buy them. Other than that I but anything new from Bucketh or Travis as soon as it is released. Sometimes I take part in binge day to buy albums for friends and stuff.
This idea is all well and good for newbies, but I own all the albums, so for now I can only binge on new releases.

Sorry. For some reason I always think of KFC Skinpiles as Chicken Scratches. I have no idea why. I have never even heard it but know it was made for DJs to use, so maybe that is where the scratches comes from. Or maybe I a am just crazy. :-/

Haaa makes sense. I have all but Ntt, and the last few but thought maybe it was some other release bucket was on as a guest or maybe some compilation. Sounded cool, thought I was missing something awesome.
"Holidays" that come too often lose their meaning.... I know its been a while, but they were really often a while back... just sayin.
It\'s not supposed to be a " holiday" it\'s returning the favor to these guys. I thought it would be a nice gesture...... Sounds like to me not many people are into this... I and whoever else wants to do it, start with the release date of "left hanging" and grab something new everyother month after that. I\'m SURE they\'d appreciate it, as we have appreciated everything they have done for us thus-far. If not every 2 months try to do it atleast every 4 months. 8)
Yay, I\'m not behind the schedule. Also, its not much of a problem for new coming members but the older ones have already gotten most of not all of it. I\'ll be going at a snail pace cuz of the money but ill get there. 8)

too late, you are an official TDRS salesman, and Alex is the one who never leaves the site (thats why he always gets the new releases first) and im the only thief who pays for what he steals XD

I\'m already trying to get 1-2 cds every payday. so the collection is defiantly growing and supporting these guys. Just so many new releases i haven\'t gotten much of a chance to grab the older stuff. Soon, very soon.
At the rate that Bucket and Travis have been going, it should be no problem finding a new release to buy every two months. ;D
